Most of cloud security is judged on what it noticed. This is judged on what it changed, in a live environment, at three in the morning, in an account whose owner left the company. The work has consequences that arrive the same day, which is rare, and it is the reason the engineering problems here are genuinely hard rather than decoratively hard.
